CHILPANCINGO, Gro., July 14, 2025.- A transgender man and woman were murdered in an armed attack at a convenience store in the entrance arch of the town of La Sabana, in Acapulco.
According to a report from neighbors who heard gunshots, the incident occurred around 8 p.m. on Sunday.
The victims were at the aforementioned location when they were surprised by armed men who shot them multiple times.
Security authorities arrived at the scene and confirmed the double homicide, securing the area to allow forensic experts from the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) to conduct the necessary investigations.
The bodies were transferred to the Forensic Medical Service (Semefo) for legal autopsies.
