The victim's body was found with sgns of violence near the BR-230 highway. Her identify is not known.

The body of a transgender woman was found this Sunday (20) on the banks of BR-230, in the Três Lagoas region, in João Pessoa.

It was in an advanced state of decomposition, between the vegetation and the highway.

Initially, the experts were unable to identify the cause of death.

However, examinations carried out by the Scientific Police revealed signs of violence.

The Civil Police are investigating the case.
