Rosa's body was found on a staircase with gunshot wounds and with her hands tied. She was known as a hard working person who reportedly had no involvement in crime.

A woman was found dead on Saturday morning (2), on a staircase in Engenho Velho de Brotas, in Salvador. The victim, not yet identified, was transgender and had her hands tied, hit by several shots, with exquisite torture and execution.

The crime took place on Travessa Wilson Sanches. Agents from the 26th Independent Company (CIPM/Brotas) arrived at the scene and found her already dead, lying on the ground. The area was cordoned off for forensic examination, and the body was then taken to the city's IML.

The case will be investigated by the 1st Homicide Division (DH/Atlântico). There are currently no hypotheses surrounding the murder.
