Michelle was shot dead on the way to her 38th birthday party by the occupants of a van who fled the scene. A second person was injured in the same attack.

CUERNAVACA, Mor., August 19, 2020. A trans woman was shot and killed on the federal highway Puente de Ixtlán-Amacuzac, near the Progreso neighborhood, in the municipality of Amacuzac. The incident occurred this Monday, April 18.

One more person was reportedly injured, allegedly by people aboard an Audi van, who fled the scene.

The woman was identified as Michelle, who was traveling on a scooter that was left at the scene.
