Palwasha was murdered. According to one account, she may had been raped before being killed.
In a gruesome incident reported on Sunday, a transgender person was brutally murdered in Lahore. According to the 24NewsHD channel, unidentified attackers slit the victim's throat and fled the scene.
The incident occurred in the Faisal Town area of Lahore. The deceased was later identified as [deadname] Ahmad, a member of the local transgender community. The sudden and violent nature of the attack has sent shockwaves through the neighbourhood.
After the murder, the assailants escaped from the scene, leaving behind no immediate trace. Local police rushed to the site upon receiving information and took the body into custody.
