She charmed those who knew her with her wit, humor, imagination, and tenderness. She loved to chat and debate, but she avoided confrontations, and that made her very special.
She was admired by listeners who were amazed by the stories, facts, reflections, or music she discussed daily.
She had an amazing capacity for work and learning. Sometimes she was late, but in three seconds she'd have everything ready to go. She said she didn't like little kids, and yet all the little kids wanted to spend time with her. Her jokes and imagination captivated them. And I'm floating in the most peculiar way, and the stars look very different today.
The day Valentina left was the day the radio stopped. And then, we remembered her smile. And we laughed. There will be some dreams left unfulfilled; I look at the photos of the future, and that's where you'll realize the sea you forgot within me.
